The way to change your life is as mentioned before by changing your habits. A technique I have been using lately is doing it gradually.
First you need to become aware what habits are your biggest time thieves. Then you need to stop giving them your attention.
For instance, if you spend countless of hours on your phone each day, buy a plastic box, and store your phone there while being at home.
Set rules for when allowed to use it, eg. if someone calls and possibly 2-3 time slots throughout your day.
