The most efficient form of sleep is deserved sleep.
As your cell phone, if you put it in the charger with a battery status of 80%, it won't do any difference. The same goes with your body. You want to lower your energy level below 40% before you charge it.
This is where physical exercise come in handy. By provoking maximum heart rate, you get the energy flowing through your whole system and cleanse your body for toxins.
