How The Pandemic Has Changed My Life

Reflecting on the current pandemic and how it has influenced my life.

Before the outbreak, I worked out on average 6 times per week. The gym was how I maintained my mental health.

I have probably lost 5 kilos of body weight since they closed the gyms, and decreased my daily meals from 5 per day to 2-3 per day.. I am actually considering to end my gym membership.
