How To Break Free From a Downward Facing Spiral

In periods where life feels tough it's not always easy to find positive things to focus on.

As a matter of fact, it can quickly turn into a downward facing spiral, causing a situation to become progressively worse.

Bad habits are there to test us. The purpose of pain is to move us into action. It is not to make us suffer.

If your life stinks, do something about it. Hit the table with you fist, and say to yourself with conviction: F**k it! I've had enough of this. And do the work necessary to get out of the bad habit loop.
