There are many different ways to change your emotional state from a low vibration to a high vibration. This is something I will cover more thoroughly in an upcoming online course.
One great method is through laughter. Even though we don't always feel like laughing, we unconsciously get emotionally affected by our posture and body language.
Try to sit more up straight with your back, put on a fun video on YouTube, and see if forced laughing for a couple of minutes won't upgrade your inner state.
