I Feel You

If you are going through a hard time right now, remember that you are not alone.

Each one of us has a desire to be at peace with ourselves and with the world around us. Peace is found in the stillness of the present moment with the knowledge of what you are.

Don't get too involved in your thinking. You are not your thoughts, you are the one who is aware that you are thinking.

It is first when we are at peace with our self that we can become complete and whole. All limitation and suffering is imagined.
