If you don't know what you want, you will probably never get it.
Once you become conscious of what you want, you will gain clarity on the steps between where you are and your desired destination.
If you can't see the steps straight away, at least you gain awareness on what to avoid in order to narrow down your options for getting there.
For instance:
If you'd like to lose 10 pounds. What activities causes you not to lose weight? Is it due to comfort?
Are you willing to sacrifice some of this comfort?
