It's 2021, time to make your dreams come true. Imagine seeing your future self, one year from now. Where do you envision him or her to be? What are you doing? The same things you are doing today or something totally different? Step into their identity, and feel how it feels to be your future self. See what that person is seeing. And start taking the same actions as that person is doing. You have the power to do anything that you desire. Don't postpone your dreams. Your life is now. Wake up.

The Secret To a Purposeful Life 12.30.2020 →
We are all born for a reason. Don't you ever doubt yourself and whether there was a purpose for why you were born. Have faith in your creation. The author Mark Twain once said: "The two most important days of your life are the day you are born and the day you figure out why". The secret to a purposeful life, is to figure out what you love doing, and then dedicating all your time to become really good at mastering that craft. Once you have become a master at it, make it your occupation. :)

You Can Become a Master At Anything In Life 12.29.2020 →
If there is something you want to master in life, you can certainly achieve that goal. You must simply gain clarity on what you want to accomplish, how to do it, and then take action. Becoming a master at anything takes time. If you spend your spare time watching TV og playing video games, that is what you will become good at. Ask yourself: When lying on my death bed, looking back on life. Will I regret spending all this time watching TV, or am I content with the amount of hours I wasted on it?

How To Overcome Social Anxiety 12.28.2020 →
In order to create the life of your dreams, you need to overcome obstacles like getting out of your comfort zone. There is no way around it. Being an introvert, I know social gatherings can seem frightening. Luckily, social anxiety is something ANYONE can overcome and achieve mastery of. Even though you may feel uncomfortable around groups of people now, doesn't mean you're destined to feel this way the rest of your life. The first step is: Focus your attention outwards and not on yourself.

You need a family, you need friends, career, educational goals, plans for time outside of work, attention to your mental and physical health, dreams etc. That's what life is all about. If you don't have any of those things, then all you got left is misery and suffering. That's a bad deal for you. Who is it that you want to be? If you could live any life you want, what would it look like? Specify your dreams. Make a schedule and stick to it. Set the day as the day you want. What are you doing and why?

What You Want, Also Wants You 12.26.2020 →
What would you do differently if you knew without a doubt that what you want also wants you? Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. But you have to take action to get it. I think we all have questioned our existence this last year. Some have gained clarity, while others confusion. Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong. Dedicate more time and attention to put your life together in terms of what you want.

Biggest Takeaway From 2020? 12.25.2020 →
If you were to look back on 2020, what's your immediate response? Would you consider it to be the worst year of your life, or a blessing in disguise? Personally, this has been one of the most transformative years for me. Let's take the last quarter as an example. Going from training at the gym 6-7 times a week, to not exercise at all for two months has been groundbreaking. To see myself adapt to so profound, unexpected changes, makes me feel like I can overcome any challenges. How about you?

My First Experience With Intermittent Fasting 12.24.2020 →
Christmas is often associated with eating lots of food and spending time with family. Rumors suggest that this is not the case for everyone. Personally, I experimented with a 36 hours of fasting on Monday. I had one meal Sunday evening, and the next one Tuesday before dinner. The effect surprised me, as I felt more energy Monday night, than I usually do. This is definitively something I will continue to experiment with. That being said: Wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Time to reflect on 2020/2021.

Challenge Your Daily Habits During Covid 12.23.2020 →
Instead of asking "Why is this happening to me?" ask yourself the two questions: "What is this preparing me for?" and "How can I further prepare myself for the future?". Voluntarily confrontation with what is unknown and terrifying. That's where the key to success is. Voluntarily facing stress awakens within you abilities that is hidden within your ancestral heritage. By facing the unknown you become a living legend of the great heros of your past. All it takes is the simple decision to answer the call.

What's Your Relationship With Food? 12.22.2020 →
Do you eat at specific times everyday out of old habit, or do you wait until you get hungry? I believe many of us eat way too much, to the degree where the food affects our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health in a negative way. It is not just what kind of food we eat that influences us, but also the amount of food and how often we eat. When building muscles, I have eaten as much as five - six times each day. If you are struggling with health challenges, I would experiment changing the diet.
