Strong embedded beliefs often steams from the programming we got from childhood. This can luckily be reprogrammed. For instance, when it's raining outside, who have decided it will be a shitty day? Do you think the weather has emotions? Your beliefs are created inside you and does not come from the outside world.

Peace is found in the stillness of the present moment with the knowledge of what you are. Don't get too involved in your thinking. I'd like to address the elephant in the room: Fear regarding Covid-19. Considering how this virus is covered by the news, my assumption is that the government will release a mandatory vaccine you will be obliged to inject if you want to attend events, social gatherings, or even get a seat at a restaurant. I ran into an ambulance driver this week. She told me the situation isn't near as bad as the media presents it. Which makes me question what their actual agenda is with a mandatory vaccination?

Does your life quality increase by knowing a guy has been killed in another continent? Do the things that makes you happy.
