What Does It Mean To Follow My Heart?→
When you make a commitment owning your character, you start to act upon the world, instead of the world acting upon you. Consider the long term effect of denying your true self from being expressed. How would you feel on your death bed, looking back. Realizing you wasted your time on pleasing others, instead of following your heart. Honor who you want to be. Be loyal to the person you're becoming. Do the work necessary to become your true self. It may not be easy, but sure as hell worth it.

Couple of days ago I shared a passion of mine. I have several others as well, but the one mentioned is the one giving me the most value in return. Now over to you. If you were to pick ONE passion, something that ignites a spark in you when you think about it. Something that energizes you. Something you love to do. What would it be? What Do You Want To Become When You Grow Up? →
"What do you want to become when you grow up?" That's similar to asking a child what kind of car it wants to get when it turns eighteen, without him or her knowing ANYTHING about cars. Which makes many of us end up in a job we hate, with a debt we nearly can afford and an educational background we no longer are passionate about. Luckily we have the choice to change things around. If life is starting to become a drag, that's a sign from the universe you ought to take a reality check.
Who Can Fix My Life? →
What motivates me is helping others free themselves from their painful past, helping people build themselves into a character they really want to be. Forgive their perceived character defects and start seeing the value in themselves. What I have come to realize though, is that I can't change anything. At the end of the day, the person has to do the work themselves. I can only inspire and motivate and be a guide. If you are searching for that person who will change your life, take a look in the mirror.

Funny thing, I imagine a lot of us have similar thoughts while encountering strangers. What’s the worst thing that could happen if you opened your mouth? Is your life at stake? Are you afraid you might meet a new best friend with similar interests? Do they frighten you? Here’s a great text by Tim Leary.
What Is Personal Development? →
One way to understand how personal development may serve you, is to see it through transformation of physical objects. Few years ago, I restored a motorbike of mine. It was a fun project where I stripped it down to nothing and totally renewed it. You may look at the old version of the bike as the person you imagine you are. Whereas the upgraded version of the bike is your true self. The question is, which version do you prefer to drive through life? Are you ready to upgrade your character?
How Not To Take Things Personally? →
The better we know ourselves, the deeper connection with other human beings. If you have never done any inner work or personal development of some kind, I would assume you have a tendency to take things more personally. For instance if a friend cancel an appointment on short notice in advance of your meeting, or if someone yells at you in traffic. Let me share some good news. It's not always about you. And even if it were about you, whatever they say: It does not affect your value.
How To Change Your Emotional State? →
There are many different ways to change your emotional state from a low vibration to a high vibration. This is something I will cover more thoroughly in an upcoming online course. One great method is through laughter. Even though we don't always feel like laughing, we unconsciously get emotionally affected by our posture and body language. Try to sit more up straight with your back, put on a fun video on YouTube, and see if forced laughing for a couple of minutes won't upgrade your inner state.
