Laziness Does Not Exist 08.13.2020 →
There is no such thing as a lazy person. If you look at a person's inaction and see only laziness, you are missing key details. Instead of responding to a person's ineffective behavior with judgement, try and see if you can see their behavior through curiosity. By being ineffective the person chooses the comfort zone rather than the thing he should/could/want to be doing, most often due to being unmotivated or sick. It is a protection mechanism that prevents the person from facing their fears.
Reacting vs Responding 08.12.2020 →
Living consciously through responding instead of reacting is very powerful. Reactions happen automatically as they are habit based. We aren't consciously choosing our reactions. They are running in the background like a computer software, created through our past. Life changes when you go from reacting to responding. Responding allows you to pause, breathe, and with expanded consciousness, make choices in alignment with who you want to be rather than act on autopilot as your past self.
How To Repair Emotional Wounds 08.11.2020 →
They say time heals all wounds. Personally I don't think time heals emotional wounds, as healing is not passive. The emotional tear will stay there forever, unless you take responsibility and get it fixed. If you have ever gotten your heart broken you know what I am talking about. That feeling of going from being in love to feeling completely empty inside. From being energized by the other persons presence till wanting to hide under a stone. I'd recommend check out today's video to learn more about it.
If You Want To Be Happy Make Other People Happy 08.10.2020 →
What experiences do you want in life? We as human beings are wired to serve. People who are only in life for themselves often feel disconnected, dissatisfied and empty inside in the long run. Once you have figured out how to make other people happy, ask yourself the following question: What skill sets and routines do I have to adapt into my everyday life to become this person? Suddenly you have an objective, something to strive for. Which, if you decide to go for it will make you happy.
Do You Think For Yourself Or Let The Media Do It For You? 08.09.2020 →
Healthy skepticism, questioning other peoples perspectives, beliefs and conclusions can be beneficial if you want a happy life. And once you start believing something for yourself, question your own beliefs as well. Nothing is certain in life. There are no ultimate truths. If you believe so, please reach out to me as I would love to hear more about it. Most of the information shared in media is shared through the news reporters own interpretation. Some of it is also utterly false, whether they know it or not.
Alcohol Is Like Photoshop For Real Life 08.08.2020 →
A lot can be said about alcohol. Having been a period alcoholic in my youth, I have seen the very fine line between pleasure and pain regarding the drug. Or perhaps we should label it poison. As that's what is actually happening. Your body does not tolerate alcohol and shows its side effects in the form of dizziness and drowsiness. I have nothing against alcohol, as long as it's used with moderation. With that in mind, I personally find it more interesting to explore consciousness in its purest form.
The Root Of Suffering Is Attachment 08.07.2020 →
Yesterday I sold my Honda Ruckus pictured above. Accepting what comes into your life and allowing it to leave when it's time can be pretty hard sometimes. Specially when you get emotionally attached to the objects. A part of me is afraid of getting too close to people because I know one day they are going to leave. Everything is temporary; Emotions, thoughts, people and scenery. Don't become too attached, just flow with it. Let go of attachment and you will find freedom and deep inner peace.
How Do You Eat An Elephant? 08.06.2020 →
Suppose you have a huge dream you would like to accomplish within your lifetime. You may compare this desire with the metaphor of an elephant. It may look fearful at first, unachievable to conquer. So how do you approach the elephant, in order to defeat it? Is it best to walk away, and leave it alone, or would you find excitement in putting on your war face and start chasing it? The size of the elephant matches your ambitions. Aim high and reap great rewards. Aim low, and live as normal.

Action Speaks Louder Than Words 08.04.2020 →
How often have you told yourself that you are going to do something, like getting in shape, read more books, learn how to meditate etc, and you have given up on your dream? You can apologize over and over but if your actions don't change, the words become meaningless. You are what you do, not what you'll say you'll do. There's a saying: Actions prove who someone is, words prove who they want to be. A baby learns to walk before talking. Let go of the mind chatter and start taking action!
