How To Become A Dutiful Citizen Of Humanity →
Today's society is built upon the idea of survival and consumption. As long as you are hoarding money and being a consumer of expensive material goods, you are accepted as a dutiful citizen of humanity. You are being treated nice and rewarded with other people's approval of you. A question to ask though, is this where you find true happiness? Suppose you have paid down your debt at an early age and have everything you need. Would you be able to live a joyful life with least amount of luxury?

How I Broke Free From Depression →
How I broke free from depression, was by becoming my true self. And by start trusting reality. Personally, I don't think it is necessary with medication to prevent depression and even suicide. The prescription is to get to know your natural state, who you truly are behind the cultural programming you have been indoctrinated into believe. One drop of new wisdom can turn your whole life around. Suddenly life goes from being miserable to the most fun, exciting adventure you could ever imagine.

What's Your Relationship With Reality? →
What's your relationship with reality? That's one of the most important questions you can ever ask. Do you trust reality to be on your side, or are you afraid reality will hurt you? The fact is, the world is just a ride. We think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. Life will never give you more than you can tackle. Man suffers only because he takes seriously what the Gods made for fun. Your relationship with reality shapes your perception of reality. Change your thinking change your life.

You Are Way More Powerful Than You Believe →
The world is mental. You are way stronger and more powerful than you believe. Think about it. You as a living human being, think thoughts created by the mind connected to the brain. When you die, your whole body and brain goes back into the state you were before you were born, nothingness. Conclusion: Your whole world is made up mentally. In the same way as when you dream, you create not only the dream character but the whole dream world, you have also created this world. Let that sink in.

The Importance Of A Daily Routine →
During this pandemic and also in everyday life, it's beneficial to have a daily routine to maintain and keep your mental health in check. My suggestions would be to get some sunlight and physical exercise each day. This will contribute to increase your energy levels. There are lots of great yoga practices etc. on YouTube. Clean water and fresh air enables you to let go of waste and impurities. 10-15 minutes of daily meditation focusing on the breath, resets the mind and brings you back to the moment.

How Will The Current Pandemic Affect The World? →
Something I have dwelled upon are what effects the current pandemic will have on the human race once this all is over. Will it be business as usual? Or will it have influenced society on a deeper level? My hope is that people wake up and begin to think differently. There are so many directions this might evolve, both positive and negative. And both individually and collectively. Hopefully the individuals will choose to live more authentic lives, and not be restricted by other people's opinions about them.

How To Recharge Your Batteries? →
With all the negative news in the media, it's important to have something positive to recharge your batteries with. Personally, I tend to get drawn to YouTube. One channel I discovered few months ago, is Magnus Midtbø. I've heard about him from before, as he is from Bergen, Norway. Known for his strength and being able to do pull ups with one finger. That's pretty intense. I am not much of a climber myself, but did some indoor climbing few years ago. Thinking about going back, once the gyms reopen.

Purpose Of Pain Is Move Us Into Action, Not To Make Us Suffer →
The purpose of pain is to move us into action. It is not to make us suffer. When you become aware of a sensation like, "Shit. I don't like this", you are fortunate. There is a deeper meaning behind everything that happens. Try to read between the lines. Instead of being fully engaged in the suffering you are facing, try to look for the solution that will help solve your challenge. If you look at life like a game of chess. Instead of being chess mate, there always exist a move that will progress you forward.

Who Were You Before You Joined The Rat Race? →
Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be? Now is a great time to take a break from the rat race and discover exactly that. When put aside other people's opinions and expectations of you: What are your goals and dreams for the future? If this life was a dream or a simulator, how would you live your life? If you had 100 times the confidence you have today, what would you have done differently? Play with the idea of actually putting this new dream character to life.

The Strongest People Are Those Who Fight Everyday Battles →
The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of the world, but those who fight and win battles that others do not know anything about. In situations we are facing in the world right now, our inner demons have a tendency to pop out and say hello. I had the pleasure of greeting a couple of mine yesterday. True strength is in the soul and spirit, not in muscles. As a tree that lose all of its leaves in the autumn, stay grounded and KNOW your leaves will come back once you are ready for it.
