Breaking free from procrastination is a skill.

I believe we have all been there. We know what we ought to be doing, but we are too comfortable in the present to actually get going. It requires us to get out of our comfort zone.

One tool to get you started, is the 5-second rule from Mel Robbins.

It is quite simple. Once you have decided to do something that serves you, you count down backwards from 5-4-3-2-1, and get your ass going. No questions.

I highly recommend to try it out for a couple of days.
