The Importance Of A Daily Routine

During this pandemic and also in everyday life, it's beneficial to have a daily routine to maintain and keep your mental health in check.

My suggestions would be to get some sunlight and physical exercise each day. This will contribute to increase your energy levels. There are lots of great yoga practices etc. on YouTube.

Clean water and fresh air enables you to let go of waste and impurities. 10-15 minutes of daily meditation focusing on the breath, resets the mind and brings you back to the moment.
