Don't be afraid of the unknown.
Let go of the limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serves you. They have done their part. Time to evolve.
Expand and eventually erase your comfort zone, so that it no longer can define and limit you.
How do you do this, you ask? By challenging yourself. By stretching yourself. By trying, and not worrying.
We worry way too much. We get so easily offended by what's happening in our outer environment, that we forget a trigger is something that is activated within.
