What's Your Relationship With Food?

Do you eat at specific times everyday out of old habit, or do you wait until you get hungry?

I believe many of us eat way too much, to the degree where the food affects our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health in a negative way.

It is not just what kind of food we eat that influences us, but also the amount of food and how often we eat.

When building muscles, I have eaten as much as five - six times each day.

If you are struggling with health challenges, I would experiment changing the diet.
