Why Bicycling Is Good For You

One of the most rewarding outdoor activities I know, is bicycling.

It has a lot of advantages. As a matter of fact, I can't name any reason for not to bicycle.

You get fresh air, exercise, you travel distances quicker than walking, no wear and tear on your knees in comparison to jogging and running on asphalt, no pollution, you get to know your neighborhood, and of course it's completely free of charge.
